HOW TO BUY


REGISTRATION

If you already have a profile, you can log in with your username (email) and password.

If you don't have a profile, you must register by filling in all the necessary information about yourself as a user (buyer). After registration, you will receive an email with a link. To complete your registration, you must click on the link.


CUSTOMIZING YOUR PROFILE

In the profile settings, you need to provide your first name, last name, phone number, language, currency, and delivery address, where you would like to receive the goods ordered on the website.


PRODUCT SEARCH AND DELIVERY

You can find the product you want by using a filter. To filter products with delivery to your country, select "Delivery possible" in the "Delivery" section.

If you are interested in a product, but delivery to your country is not available, you can go to the product page, hover over the information icon and:
• Change the shipping address, or
• Ask for delivery to your country.

The seller will receive your request and might add your country to their delivery zone. You will be notified of the decision in the "Notifications" section and by email.


PAYMENT METHODS

On the page of the product, if delivery to your country is possible, you will see the payment button. When you click on the "Buy" button, a pop-up window will appear and you will need to fill in the address details for delivery. If you have already provided this information in your profile, the fields will be pre-filled automatically.

If the price of the goods exceeds $3,000 (or equal to this sum in another currency), you can only pay by bank transfer (invoice).

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice by email. You can find the invoice copy on the payments page. The administration of the website will confirm the receipt of the payment.

If your order is less than or equal to $3,000, you can pay either by bank transfer or by card.

To pay by card, after specifying the delivery address, another window will pop up and you will need to select the payment method accordingly. If the payment is successful, your order's status will automatically change to "Paid".


SHIPPING

As soon as your order has the "Paid" status, the seller will begin preparing the item for shipment and will notify you when it has been shipped. You will receive a notification with the tracking number of the parcel. You can view the status of your order on the orders list page.

After receiving the product, you need to mark this order as "Received".

If you are not satisfied with the product or the delivery, you can return the item or request a refund during the period that is indicated on the product page under "Allowed days for return:".

BUYER TERMS

These Buyer Terms govern the access to and use of the Aviatrading marketplace by buyers and form part of the Platform Terms and Conditions pursuant to Section 1.5 thereof. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Platform Terms and Conditions.


1. BUYER STATUS AND ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Buyer status. Buyers may be businesses or individuals. Business-to-business (B2B) transactions are the default. Where a buyer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer protection provisions apply to the extent required by law.

1.2 Independent parties. Buyers acknowledge that Aviatrading acts solely as a marketplace intermediary and is not the seller, distributor, manufacturer, or certifying authority for any goods listed on the Platform.


2. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Due diligence. Buyers are solely responsible for evaluating the condition, suitability, compatibility, and regulatory compliance of goods prior to purchase, installation, or use.

2.2 Aviation determinations. Buyers acknowledge that determinations regarding airworthiness, installation eligibility, interchangeability, and conformity must be made by the buyer, the operator, or an appropriately approved maintenance organisation, and not by Aviatrading.

2.3 No reliance. Buyers acknowledge that they do not rely on Aviatrading for technical, regulatory, legal, tax, or airworthiness advice. Any statements, descriptions, or documentation relating to goods are provided by sellers.


3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Orders. Orders are placed directly with sellers through the Platform. Aviatrading does not take title to goods or act as supplier of record.

3.2 Payments. Buyers shall complete payment using the payment methods made available at checkout. Escrow or other payment protection services may be offered on an optional basis unless expressly required for a specific transaction.

3.3 Fees and taxes. Buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and charges unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout or required by law.


4. SHIPPING AND IMPORTATION

4.1 Shipping arrangements. Shipping and delivery obligations are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of the Platform Terms and Conditions pursuant to Section 1.5.

4.2 Importer of record. Unless otherwise agreed between buyer and seller, buyers act as importer of record and are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and import compliance.


5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DISPUTES

5.1 Returns and refunds. Returns, refunds, and remedies are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of the Platform Terms and Conditions pursuant to Section 1.5.

5.2 Chargebacks. Buyers should seek resolution through the Platform before initiating chargebacks. Platform determinations apply subject to mandatory law.


6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Platform liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviatrading's liability to buyers arising out of or relating to the Platform, these Buyer Terms, or any transaction is limited and excluded as set out in the Platform Terms and Conditions, which apply mutatis mutandis.


7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1 Arbitration. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Buyer Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions of the Platform Terms and Conditions.


8. MISCELLANEOUS

8.1 Governing framework. These Buyer Terms are governed by and incorporated into the Platform Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, the Platform Terms and Conditions prevail.
